First Lady Lordina Mahama nearly tripped and fell as she strode across the red carpet on her way to listen to her husband deliver his final State of the Nation Address (SONA) ahead of Saturday's inauguration of President-elect Nana Akufo-Addo.
Lordina appeared to step on of dress and stumble, but she managed to stabilise herself and prevent what could have been disastrous fall.
Her precarious stumble drew gasps from onlookers who feared the worst.
The first lady, however, appeared unruffled by the incident and made her way calmly into the chamber of parliament for Mahama's address.
